Founding Pre-Release Terms

Keel is pre-release software. Features, availability, integrations, and timelines can change before general availability.

Founding access

The Founding Team Deposit converts to $150 of future Team-plan credit when the team sync beta opens. It does not create a future payment obligation or grant ownership in Keel Labs.

Desktop license

Keel Desktop is a separate GPLv3 work. A founding deposit does not restrict your rights to use, modify, distribute, or study the desktop under GPLv3.

Maintainer responsibility

Keel does not submit code, merge changes, or make autonomous decisions. Maintainers remain responsible for all review outcomes.
